Founder Isabel Molina RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC path to creating Wise Skin Mind and Beauty Center was shaped by her own healing journey, marked by struggles with body image, fear of aging, and battles with mental health in a culture where such topics were often taboo.
For Isabel Molina RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, the road to self-acceptance wasn't easy. It was paved with the pain of failed relationships, the silent struggles of undiagnosed postpartum depression, and the weight of cultural barriers that stifled conversations about mental illness and the importance of self-care.
But through it all, Isabel Molina RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC found solace in her journey. She discovered the beauty of aging – a realization that not everyone is afforded the privilege of experiencing – and embraced it as a symbol of wisdom earned through life's trials and tribulations.
It was this profound revelation that fueled Isabel Molina RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC mission to create Wise Skin Mind and Beauty Center – a sanctuary where beauty meets mindfulness, and where individuals of all backgrounds can find healing, acceptance, and empowerment.

ISABEL MOLINA
RN, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Isabel Molina is a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry. Since beginning her nursing career in 2007, Isabel has been dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.
Originally from the Philippines, Isabel is the founder of her own skincare line and has a passion for integrative skincare. In pursuit of her goal to deepen her knowledge in this field, she relocated to the United States and obtained her Integrative Nutrition Health Coach training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2016.
Isabel is a Certified Master Injector recognized by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and holds board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her diverse background in skincare, nutrition, and mental health uniquely positions her to offer comprehensive care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.
As Isabel gained experience in her passions for beauty and the human mind, she recognized the profound interconnectedness between the two. This realization inspired her to create a medical spa that goes beyond traditional aesthetics, offering anti-aging and beauty treatments alongside holistic mental health support. Today, Isabel is the visionary behind Wise Skin Mind & Beauty Center for Holistic Beauty and Mental Health, where she empowers individuals to embrace aging with gratitude and joy. Through personalized care and a commitment to celebrating the wisdom that comes with aging, Isabel continues to inspire and uplift those on their journey to radiant health and beauty.
MEET OUR MEDICAL DIRECTOR
DR. VINCENT A. COVELLI
Dr. Vincent A. Covelli is a highly skilled and accomplished physician specializing in Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, and Weight Loss. With a passion for patient care and a dedication to advancing medical knowledge, Dr. Covelli brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role as Medical Director.
Currently serving as a Physician in Infectious Diseases at Providence-St. Mary Medical Center and St. Mary High Desert Medical Group in Apple Valley, CA, Dr. Covelli has been at the forefront of combating infectious diseases since 2017. His commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care has earned him the trust and respect of his colleagues and patients alike.
In addition to his work in Infectious Diseases, Dr. Covelli also serves as a Physician in Internal Medicine at PlushCare, where he provides comprehensive medical care to patients in need. His dedication to providing high-quality care and his deep understanding of internal medicine principles make him a valued member of the PlushCare team.
Dr. Covelli's academic achievements include a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases and International Health from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where he conducted groundbreaking research on intracellular parasite metabolomics. He also holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree with Honors from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University.
An active member of several professional organizations, including the Infectious Disease Society of America, The Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, and the American College of Physicians, Dr. Covelli is committed to staying at the forefront of medical research and innovation.
