1. Membership Options and Benefits
Wise Skin offers three membership tiers: Serenity, Lumina, and Aquila. Each membership provides specific benefits including a set number of Botox sessions, the option to convert these sessions to other treatments like Fillers at a discounted rate, a comprehensive beauty consultation with a focus on mental health, and discounts on additional treatments. Membership benefits are detailed in our brochure and on our website.
2. Payment and Renewal
Membership fees are due annually and can be paid in full or through available payment plan options. All memberships are set to automatically renew at the end of each membership term. Members will be notified via email at least 30 days before renewal to confirm the continuation and to update payment information as necessary.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership at any time. If cancellation occurs before the end of the membership term, the member will still be responsible for the remainder of the term's fees unless cancellation is due to a significant service failure on the part of Wise Skin.
4. Membership Transfer and Adjustments
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared. However, members may adjust their membership tier during the renewal process. Downgrades in membership levels will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, while upgrades will take immediate effect with an adjusted rate applied proportionally for the remainder of the term.
5. Use of Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are available only to the registered member and are not transferable. Unused benefits cannot be rolled over to the next membership year or exchanged for cash.
6. Service Availability
Wise Skin aims to provide consistent service availability for all treatments and consultations. However, availability may vary based on demand and scheduling. We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Wise Skin reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the email address provided at registration. Continued use of membership after changes have taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
