CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Wise Skin Mind and Beauty Center, we understand that schedules can change and flexibility is necessary. Here are our policies to ensure smooth operations while accommodating your needs:

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients on our waiting list. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling Policy:

You may reschedule your appointment at no extra charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will be subject to a fee of 25% of the service cost, depending on availability.

Late Arrivals:

We strive to run on schedule to respect everyone’s time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate subsequent appointments. If your treatment is shortened due to late arrival, you will still be charged the full service fee.

No-Shows:

Missing a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
